To ensure a smooth and efficient processing of your U.S. visa renewal through the Dropbox program, please prepare and submit the following required documents:

✅ Original Current Passport and previous passport containing the last U.S. visa
✅ Two (2) pieces of 2x2 recent photo (white background) that meets U.S. visa standards. Avoid using photos older than six months, especially those previously used for other embassies, as they may not be accepted.
✅ DS-160 Confirmation Page (provided by Allpoints Travel Services, Inc.)

Important Guidelines for Your U.S. Visa Application
To proceed with your U.S. visa application, please complete the following requirements:
Prompt Sheet (Draft Form):
This can be filled out manually (ensure readability) or typewritten.
The form serves as a draft for encoding your application details into the online e-form.
Please provide complete and honest responses. If unsure about certain entries, leave them blank—we will contact you for clarification before final encoding.
Your travel date can be tentative but must be provided. It can be adjusted later.
Passport Copy, Recent US Visa Copy & Visa Photo Requirements:
Submit a clear, valid copy of your passport
Send your recent US Visa copy (this is for renewal applicant only)
Send 2x2 recent photo (white background) that meets U.S. visa standards. Avoid using photos older than six months, especially those previously used for other embassies, as they may not be accepted.
Fees & Coverage:
To proceed with your U.S. visa application, the necessary payment must be made to the Embassy to generate a receipt. This receipt is required to secure an appointment at the U.S. Embassy.
Updated Visa and Facilitation Fee
📌 PHP 19,000.00 per person (as per latest Embassy Rate and Visa Facilitation)
This fee covers:
✔ U.S. Visa Fee payment
✔ Appointment scheduling at the U.S. Embassy (for applicants who do not qualify for a Visa Waiver)
✔ Encoding of eForms and other logistical procedures, including phone calls and courier fees
✔ Visa Consultation Session (available in-person or via Zoom)
